  • One-time service fees (e.g., assessments, toolkits, etc.)

Once a purchase is completed, it is considered final. Please ensure that the product or service meets your needs before completing your transaction.

Exceptions

In rare cases, we may offer a refund only if there was a technical error on our part (e.g., duplicate charges, failure to deliver a purchased product). If you believe an error occurred, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
